Falls Creek Homeowners Association is located in the Heart of Louisville, Kentucky, between Barbour Lane and Highway 42 north of I-71. This convenient location provides access to downtown Louisville, Watterson Expressway, a myriad of shopping, cinemas, schools, churches, dining, multiple country clubs, and the river within minutes.

This peaceful residential community was established in the 1970’s and remains one of Louisville’s finest neighborhoods. The residents enjoy the serenity that the natural elements provide, from an abundance of wildflowers, mature trees, and gentle wildlife. 293 beautiful homes located around the cool running Falls Creek which then feeds into Goose Creek, that meanders around till it reaches the Ohio River.
The Community
The Falls Creek community abides by the deed restrictions in place through a Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs), and Bylaws. There is a Board of volunteer Directors consisting of seven resident owners that together operate the ongoing business of the association.
